TELEPHONE
Councilors
are reachable by telephone, however due to the fact that most if not all
of them have daytime jobs as well, this is not always the best means to
reach them.
Any calls made
should really be during the evening to ensure the best response, or in
some instances you can leave an answer phone message also. |
ATTENDING
If you wish to
speak to a Councilor in person then you can do this by either attending
the monthly meetings, held on the first Monday of the month (other than
Bank holidays) at the Lyppard Grange Community Centre. this is time
allotted for public speaking, and or you could arrange with them to speak
outside of this time. |
EMAIL
The
preferred method of contact in all instances is by email, as this gives
the Councilors time to find your answer, and return it to you by the best
means possible.
Attached documents, further
information, pictures and other items that need to reach you (or to the Councilor) can be done at a cost free method and will be in line with the
green and resource free communication method as preferred by both the city
and County Councils of Worcestershire.

All written correspondences
should go to the Parish Clerk (address below) who will then forward your
query onto the relevant Councillor for that area.
Although all correspondences
can be sent to the Parish Council Clerk (if you are unsure who to send it
to), otherwise click onto the various Councillors and see whose domain
your query falls within, so that they can exact a fast and hasty reply to
you. |
